Gymnoscelis rufifasciata  (Haworth, 1809)

Double-striped Pug

Well distributed across the islands but not particularly common. The main flight period is from April to August in two generations. A wide range of habitats are frequented and an equally wide range of shrubby and herbaceous plants are used by the larvae.
