Glaucous Shears
Commonly recorded across the islands. Active from May to July over moorland. The larvae feed on a range of herbaceous and woody plants, including heather (Calluna vulgaris), bilberry (Vaccinium myrtillus) and bog-myrtle (Myrica gale).
