Golden-rod Pug
Relatively common, first recorded in the Outer Hebrides in 2009. The flight period is from May to August in two generations. A wide range of habitats is use including scrub, woodland rides and grassland. The larvae feed on common ragwort (Senecio jacobaea) and golden-rod (Solidago virgaurea).
