Anania fuscalis  ([Denis & Schiffermüller], 1775)

Rattle Pearl

Commonly reported from the southern islands. On the wing from June to August over machair, marshy habitats and moorland. Several herbaceous plants are used by the larvae including yellow rattle (Rhinanthus minor).
