Glyphipterix thrasonella (Scopoli, 1763)
Eyed Rush Moth
Widespread with many records from the southern islands but not recorded from Harris and Lewis, as of 2024. Found in marshy and boggy habitats, especially with rushes in the family Juncaceae, which are the food-plants. The flight period is May to July.
