Hadena confusa (Hufnagel, 1766)
Marbled Coronet
A scarce coastal species with just a handful of records. The main flight period is from May to July over machair and coastal habitats. The larvae feed on the seedpods of campions (Silene spp.), and rock sea-spurrey (Spergularia rupicola).
