Lesser Clouded Knot-horn

Scarce, first recorded on South Uist in 2009 with a few subsequent records. There is a 1959 record from St. Kilda. Active from June to September in predominantly coast sites. Several, coastal food-plants are used including ragwort (Senecio jacobaea).
