Mouse-ear Groundling

A scarce coastal species, first recorded on South Uist in 2009. Active from May to August. Common mouse-ear (Cerastium fontanum) and little mouse-ear (C. semidecandrum) are the two preferred foodplants. Currently only recorded from the southern islands.
