Pale Orache Case-bearer

Rare and first recorded in the Outer Hebrides in 2009. Found from June to September. Goosefoot (Chenopodium) and orache (Atriplex ) are the preferred foodplants. In its later stages, the larva creates a case made from silk and specks of plant material or droppings
